1. General I as a customer am purchasing a virtual/digital item. I understand that this virtual/digital item cannot be returned. Absolutely No Refunds Unless A Request Is Made And The Seller Accepts it, at anytime the seller has the right to decline the refund request without cause or reason.

I as a customer will not send any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase, transaction, dispute, claim or related action.

If I as a customer have any concerns, I will contact the merchant (hsmarket) and allow a reasonable amount of time for the merchant to address my concerns before leaving a negative review or taking any other action.
